Core cash game

Indian Rummy

2–6 players, two decks plus jokers. Make valid sets and sequences, including one pure sequence, then declare.

What Indian Rummy is on First Games

Indian Rummy here is a 13-card contest for two to six players. The app deals from two decks plus jokers. Your job is to finish valid sets and sequences —including one pure sequence that uses no joker —then declare. Leftover cards that are not in a set or sequence become points against you. The deal is random; what you discard, what you pick from the open pile, and when you declare are player decisions. First Games presents that loop as a skill contest. Chance still exists. Cash tables are for users aged 18+ where local law allows skill games.

This page is the product sheet. A longer walkthrough of hands and table math is How Indian Rummy works.

Variants

Points Rummy

Each leftover point has a rupee value agreed at the table. The player who declares with a valid hand wins that round’s pot. Games are short, so a bad declare is expensive.

Deals Rummy

A fixed number of deals. Everyone starts with chips. After the last deal, the highest chip count wins. One weak hand does not end the session by itself.

Pool Rummy

101 or 201 pool. Rounds continue until a player crosses the point cap and drops out. Lowest remaining points among players still in takes the pool.

How to sit at a table

  1. Download the Android APK and sign up with mobile OTP.
  2. Open Rummy and pick Points, Deals, or Pool.
  3. Read entry fee, seats, and buy-in on the table card before you sit.
  4. Draw and discard until you have two sequences (one must be pure) plus sets or extra sequences.
  5. Declare. If the hand is valid, you win that round’s prize into the in-app wallet.

Practice tables use the same declare check with no cash at risk. Use them until the pure-sequence rule is automatic. Tournaments ask you to take a seat before start, then tap Take Seat when the event begins.

Core rules

  • Printed jokers and a cut joker act as wild cards on sets and impure sequences only.
  • A pure sequence cannot use a joker. Build it from natural suited cards in rank order.
  • A valid declaration needs at least two sequences, one of them pure.
  • A wrong declare is penalised as the table rules show —do not tap Declare to “see if it works—on cash.
  • Dropping mid-hand, if the table allows it, still costs points. Read the drop value on that table.

Points at a glance

ItemWhat it means in this app
Hand size13 cards after the deal
Players2–6 at a cash or practice table
DecksTwo standard decks plus jokers
Pure sequenceRequired; no joker inside it
WalletEntry fees leave cash; wins return to Wallet, then UPI or bank
BonusMay cut some entry fees; not withdrawable

Why a pure sequence first

Most invalid declarations fail because the pure sequence was left for last. Finish it from natural cards, then spend jokers on sets or a second sequence. If two lines to a declare look similar, the one that already holds a pure sequence is safer. Practice exists so you can tap Declare without touching the wallet.

Cash, limits, and skill

Winnings settle in Wallet. Withdrawals go to bank or UPI after the app’s identity checks. Daily ceilings —including the marketing line of up to ₹1,00,000* —are the numbers on the withdraw screen, not a promise on this page. See wallet, deposits, and withdrawals.

First Games presents Rummy as skill with residual chance in the deal. This site does not quote other companies—licences. Confirm cash play is allowed where you live. Games of skill · Responsible play · 18+ only.

Is this a luck-only game?

No, not as First Games describes it. You read discards, protect a pure sequence, and manage points. The deal is still random. Check Games of Skill and local law before you play cash.

Can I practice first?

Yes. Practice tables use the same rules with no cash entry.

Points, Deals, or Pool —which should I open first?

Practice first. Then Points if you want short rounds, Deals if you want a set number of hands, Pool if you want a longer session with a point cap. The card rules do not change.

Where do winnings go?

To the in-app wallet. Withdraw to UPI or bank from there. Bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash.
