Games of skill
First Games offers contests that depend mainly on player decisions —reading a rummy hand, or researching a fantasy XI —not on a pure lottery result.
Skill contests are treated differently from games of chance in many places, but this website is not legal advice and does not speak for any court or regulator. You must confirm that cash skill games are allowed where you live before you deposit.
Product restrictions
Cash play is intended only for users who are 18+ and located where such contests are permitted. If the app blocks a state or country, do not try to bypass it.
What we do not claim
- We do not quote other companies—licences or court cases as our own.
- We do not guarantee that every mode is lawful in every Indian state.
- We do not present real-money play as a job or income scheme.
How this sits next to the guides
The article Skill games explained is the plain-language version of this notice. Rummy’s skill loop is written up in How Indian Rummy works. Arcade tiles (fishing, Aviator, Chicken Road) are listed on the catalog without a licence claim attached to each poster.
If you are not 18, or cash play is blocked where you live, do not deposit. Responsible limits: Responsible play.
